Welcome to AV Athletic, a space where everyone come together to discover the transformative power of movement. Founded by two accomplished Taekwondo champions, AV Athletic was created with a vision of empowering everyone to grow stronger, more confident, and resilient in both body and mind.

At AV Athletic, our mission is to provide a welcoming and dynamic environment where both children and their families can thrive. We believe that every child has the potential to achieve greatness, and we are here to guide them on that journey. Through engaging, child-friendly programs, we aim to inspire a love for movement, build self-confidence, and teach valuable life skills such as discipline, focus, and teamwork.

Our coaches are the heart of AV Athletic. With years of experience across a wide range of disciplines—including Pilates, dance, yoga, fitness, cardio, TRX, and martial arts—they bring unmatched expertise to every class. Each coach is passionate about working with children, creating lessons that are not only fun and interactive but also tailored to their developmental needs.
